Confirm a bank-transfer payment
Review a payment a student says they sent, verify the amount against your account, and confirm it onto their balance.
memore does not move money — students pay you the way they already do, and memore keeps the books straight. When a student records a transfer they made, it arrives as a claim for you to review.
Review the claim
- Open Payments. Pending claims sit in the confirmation queue at the top.
- Check your bank account for the transfer — the claim carries the amount, date and any note or proof photo the student attached.
- Choose Confirm if it arrived, or Decline with a short reason if it did not.
Confirming posts the money to the student's balance immediately; declining tells the student, and nothing is posted.
Recording money yourself
Payments you receive without a claim — cash after a class, a transfer the student never logged — are recorded straight from the Payments page with Log a payment. A payment recorded this way needs no confirmation; being on the books is the confirmation.
What the student sees
Their portal shows every claim they filed and what became of it: pending, confirmed, or declined with your reason. Your review notes and the AI's reading stay on your side only.
If a class still shows unpaid after the money arrived, see why a lesson shows as unpaid.
