Lessons are the centre of memore: notes, materials, recordings and money all hang off them. Booking one takes seconds.

Book a class

  1. Open the Calendar and tap New lesson (or pick an empty slot in the day view).
  2. Choose the student — or a group — and the subject.
  3. Pick the date, start time and duration, then save.

The class appears in your calendar and, if the student's account is connected, in theirs too. If you have connected Google Calendar, memore also creates the event there and attaches a Meet link automatically.

Make it repeat

Choose Repeat weekly while booking to create a series. A series is defined by wall-clock time in your timezone — a Tuesday 17:00 class stays at 17:00 through daylight-saving changes. You can cancel or move a single occurrence without touching the rest of the series.

What the colours mean

In the month view a lesson's colour is its status — upcoming, completed, unpaid or cancelled — while the day view colours classes by subject. One glance tells you what needs attention:

  • A completed class that is still unpaid stays flagged until you record the payment or the student's balance covers it.
  • Cancelled classes stay visible so your history is complete.
